Megobroba Card
A Friendship Card is a discount card that is given as a gift to all our residents upon purchasing an apartment. Cardholders can enjoy discounts from our partner companies on home appliances, furniture, renovation materials, as well as items for landscaping and decoration.
Rental Service
In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy.
Repair Service
Our company always strives to spare residents from unnecessary discomfort, which is why we have created a dedicated renovation service.
