    In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy.

    Handyman for 1 year

    For one year, residents will have an on-site handyman who will resolve issues such as the following without any additional charges:

    • Electricity;
    • Plumbing
    • Minor repair works

    24-hour security

    The residential area will be secured 24 hours a day by a security service and staff. The yard will be fenced for added safety.
