In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy

• Marketing strategy for effective property management and fast rental;
• Determining the most profitable rental price;
• Finding the right and desirable tenant;
• Handling all legal procedures related to the rental process;
• Regular inspection and maintenance of the property.
