Project Description

Ortachala Tower is a premium-class project by Megobroba, located near 40 V. Gorgasali Street.

The residential building has 32 floors. The area will feature a well-equipped and secured courtyard spanning 6,500 square meters, a fitness center, parking spaces, a lobby, and a reception area. Additionally, a supermarket and a pharmacy are planned to open on site.

The project is currently under active construction and is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025.

The apartments are delivered in premium green frame condition.

The green frame includes:

  • A metal entrance door to the apartment;
  • Plastic doors and windows (German brand Salamander);
  • Installed and connected central cold water, sewage, and gas risers;
  • Leveled (screeded) floors;
  • Interior partition walls built, plastered with gypsum, and primed with white putty;
  • Standard electrical wiring connected to the apartment;
  • A fully tiled balcony with frost-resistant tiles;
  • Installed heating, water, and gas piping systems;

    In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy.

    Handyman for 1 year

    For one year, residents will have an on-site handyman who will resolve issues such as the following without any additional charges:

    • Electricity;
    • Plumbing
    • Minor repair works

    24-hour security

    The residential area will be secured 24 hours a day by a security service and staff. The yard will be fenced for added safety.

    During the construction of the Megobroba projects, only the highest quality energy-efficient construction materials are used.

    Door and Window

    In the Ortachala project, high-quality Salamander brand doors and windows from Germany will be installed, featuring energy-efficient glass.
