Project Description

Capital Residence is Megobroba’s new project located in the city center, at 6 Giorgi Saakadze II Passage.

The project combines business-class office spaces and apartments.

The territory includes a well-maintained and secure courtyard, a fitness center, dining facilities, and parking spaces.

The project is currently under active construction and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

The spaces are delivered in a green frame condition.

Upon project completion, the apartments will be handed over to future residents in a green frame condition, which includes the following: 

  • Locally produced energy-efficient iron doors;
  • Stretched (leveled) flooring;
  • Walls smoothed with putty and whitewashed;
  • Water, gas, and heating pipes brought to the points of use;
  • Metal-plastic doors and windows by the German brand Salamander;
  • Finished balcony flooring.

    Rental Service

    In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy.

    Handyman for 1 year

    For one year, residents will have an on-site handyman who will resolve issues such as the following without any additional charges:

    • Electricity;
    • Plumbing
    • Minor repair works

    24-hour security

    The residential area will be secured 24 hours a day by a security service and staff. The yard will be fenced for added safety.

    Construction materials

    During the construction of the Megobroba projects, only the highest quality energy-efficient construction materials are used.

    Door and Window

    In the Ortachala project, high-quality Salamander brand doors and windows from Germany will be installed, featuring energy-efficient glass.

    Caparol

    In the Ortachala project, we use top-quality paints from a German brand.

    Heidelberg Cement

    During construction, we used Heidelberg Cement, certified for quality through laboratory testing.
