Megobroba Jikia is located on ana politkovskaya #40a
The residential area includes a well-designed and secure courtyard, a fitness center, and parking spaces. Additionally, a supermarket and a pharmacy are planned to open on the premises.
The construction of the project has been completed, and interior and exterior finishing works are actively in progress.
The spaces are delivered in a green frame condition.
The green frame includes:
- A metal entrance door to the apartment;
- Plastic doors and windows (German brand Salamander);
- Installed and connected central cold water, sewage, and gas risers;
- Leveled (screeded) floors;
- Interior partition walls built, plastered with gypsum, and primed with white putty;
- Standard electrical wiring connected to the apartment;
- A fully tiled balcony with frost-resistant tiles;
- Installed heating, water, and gas piping systems;

24-hour security
The residential area will be secured 24 hours a day by a security service and staff. The yard will be fenced for added safety.
