One of Megobroba’s standout projects, M Tower, is located at 62b Guramishvili Avenue.

The residential complex consists of two blocks, the first being 17 stories and the second 22 stories tall.

The project stands out with panoramic city views, made possible by the building’s architecture featuring surrounding balconies.

During construction, nine-layer pumice blocks were used, known for their sound and thermal insulation properties. The project also features German-made Salamander doors and windows, which provide additional energy efficiency.

The project includes various commercial facilities, including a fitness center, where residents receive a 20% discount on usage.
