The project is located at 66a Guramishvili Avenue.

The exterior design of the project makes the building visually distinctive, featuring a facade made of aluminum material from the Akfa brand, produced using German technology. On the rear side, German-brand doors and windows have been installed. The lobbies feature marble flooring and staircases.

The project’s construction was carried out in compliance with local legislation and in accordance with the new Resolution 41, which entails:

• A reinforced security system in the building;
• Gas and fire detectors;
• Two stairwells (fireproofed);
• An automatic fire suppression system;
• An evacuation plan and signage;
• An alarm system;
• Fire extinguishers on every floor;

The project includes an underground parking garage and commercial spaces.

The apartments were delivered in a green frame condition.
