One of Megobroba’s standout projects, Roundline, is located near Sarajishvili Metro Station (1 Sarajishvili Street).
The residential building has 8 floors and is one of Tbilisi’s distinctive architectural landmarks.
The main part of the building’s front facade features a glazed design, using aluminum profiles from the brand Akfa.
On the rear side, colored metal-plastic doors and windows from the German brand Salamander have been installed.
The construction was carried out using high-quality building materials, including Baku-style rebar, nine-layer pumice blocks, and Heidelberg concrete.
The multifunctional building’s lobbies feature marble flooring and wallpaper.
The project includes a 12-person autonomous power supply elevator from the Japanese brand Fuji.
The residential area also has an enclosed underground parking garage.
