Project Description

The construction of Megobroba Gori is underway in the city’s central district, at 1 Khashuri Street (near 43 Shota Rustaveli Street).

The residential area includes a well-designed and secure courtyard, a fitness center, and parking spaces. Additionally, a supermarket and a pharmacy are planned to open on the premises.

The project construction is actively underway and is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2026.

The spaces are delivered in a white frame condition.

The white frame includes:

  • A metal entrance door to the apartment;
  • Plastic doors and windows (German brand Salamander);
  • Installed and connected central cold water, sewage, and gas risers;
  • Leveled (screeded) floors;
  • Plastered and gypsum-finished interior partitions;
  • Standard electrical wiring connected to the apartment;
  • A fully tiled balcony with frost-resistant tiles;
  • Installed heating, water, and gas piping systems;

The infrastructure of Megobroba Jikia is thoughtfully designed to simplify daily life for residents and provide access to essential services without leaving the complex.

    In May 2024, a memorandum was signed between Megobroba and the company Property Management. Based on this agreement, the owners of apartments in our project are given the opportunity to generate the highest possible rental income without having to spend their own time and energy.

    Cleaning service

    The project will have a dedicated team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the residential area.

    24-hour security

    The residential area will be secured 24 hours a day by a security service and staff. The yard will be fenced for added safety.

    During the construction of the Megobroba projects, only the highest quality energy-efficient construction materials are used.

    In the Ortachala project, high-quality Salamander brand doors and windows from Germany will be installed, featuring energy-efficient glass.

    In the Ortachala project, we use top-quality paints from a German brand.

    During construction, we used Heidelberg Cement, certified for quality through laboratory testing.
